Argos - reducing prices on item I've just bought

Do not Argos have a 30 day change your mind and return policy on most items ?"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

As was said before - would you pay up if the price increased after you bought it? I don't think so.
Er...lying? That's nice of you! I said in my post the item was faulty so when I phoned I mentioned that I could just reject the order and re-order at the discounted price. The woman happily offered the £50.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -
Hi!
Can anyone offer any advice on this:
Last Thursday, I bought two chests of drawers from Argos for £60 each (£120 in total) - I've received an e-mail from them, saying that - until the end of the month - all furniture is now 15% off the catalogue price; this would be an £18 saving!
Is it just my hard luck that I bought it last week, at the higher price, or is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance!
Dave
it maybe be £18 but theres the cost of petrol, your time being used to get the £18,
yes of course argos can do this, they dont have a crystal ball to see into the future and work out when people will not buy items and then slash the prices
i wouldnt bother gettign the £18 back,0
