Stained Floor Tiles

I've no idea if this is the right place - please point in the right direction if it's not, but this is in the home, so...
I've had a leaky black bin sack and it's stained my kitchen floor. It's vinyl tiling and nothing will shift it.
Before I replace the tiles, does anyone have any (preferably cheap) tips on how to remove the stain? It looks like it may have soaked deep into the tiles.
Many thanks.
