Regulate the price hikes

Most people want to save money on their energy bills but it is not always easy to switch as I work away from home. The wholesale cost is still around half its peak so bills should be coming down, not up. Why is their no legislation to stop this blatant profiteering? I,m all for competition but the energy companies, and the banks, disgust me.

Banks are worse than energy companies IMO, having expereienced both from the dark side
I see these sort of sentiments a lot but what form would the regulation take? Should they for example compel a company to sell at a loss, as that's what BG claims they were doing.Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0
