Pandora/ Chamilia Bracelets

Just be warned that if you buy non-genuine charms for either and have an issue with the bracelet to make sure that you remove them before taking the bracelet back to the jewellers as otherwise the warranty is invalidated.
And personally I prefer Pandora as in my opinion looks more expensive and is more widely accessible.0 -
Cheers, now I'm confused;
Pandora or Chamilia?
There doesn't seem to be much difference in cost. Is there more choice with one than the other?
Which do people recommend?
Thanks again0 -
I have a Pandora and would not change it for any of the others.
You can put other charms on the pandora ones as I have some I have been gifted but personally give me a Pandora for the quality anyday. I got mine from a Jeweller called John Greed who has an online shop and is in a town not far from me. It is all free delivery, has a lovely range of charms and all come in lovely boxes.
My bracelet cost me £50 and charms vary in price. Just be careful one thing I would def buy is a security chain, not only is it a good thing to prevent beads escaping but also has a romantic sentiment as you could tell her it is to ensure whenever she is wearing it she is safe. IFYSWIM.

ShySarah I agree a safety chain is a must, I have one and it also stops any of the non-pandora charms falling off as well as keeping the bracelet safe.
It sounds like the Chamilia and Pandora are very similar, I know other charms fit Pandora but do not know if the same can be said for Chamilia.

Thanks YR, you've been a big help. Sorry to be a pain. Just imagine you're talking to a child! Is it only the non Pandora charms that slide off? Are they bigger?0

Animal..
You will find that the pandora charms are designed to fit and do stay on the pandora bracelets. Whereas, non pandoras tend to slip off a bit as they are a bit bigger. Be aware tho sometimes even genuine pandora charms can work themselves off by wiggling over the clips.

I've measured one of her others so I know the size. However, I've looked on E bay and other sites and they do seem much cheaper ( I only buy from sellers with 100% feedback). There's even a discount Pandora site, with massive discounts. Can anyone advise? Would you buy one online?

Make sure they are authentic Pandora and not fakes, if they have massive discounts, its likely they are not genuine Pandora.0 -
agree my friend bought an 'authentic' pandora charm from ebay and now it is all rusty! you may be better of spending you money on lovelinks charms I pay on average £17.99 for a lovelinks murano glass bead and up to £30 for a sterling silver lovelinks one. I cant fault lovelinks charms apart from being a little too big. My mil bought me a pandora charm from John Greed and she found them very reasonable price wise.
