Pandora/ Chamilia Bracelets

Hi, hope someone can help. I'm looking to buy one of these for the missus. I called in the local jewellers. They recommend Chamilia, rather than Pandora. I've measured one of her others so I know the size. However, I've looked on E bay and other sites and they do seem much cheaper ( I only buy from sellers with 100% feedback). There's even a discount Pandora site, with massive discounts. Can anyone advise? Would you buy one online?
Thanks

My daughter has Truth and I have bought her many charms on Ebay much cheaper than I can get anywhere else and never had a problem with them.
Just make sure you are buying genuine Chamilia and not fits Chamilia.0 -
Thanks Poppy, I was thinking of possibly buying the bracelet at the jewellers and the charms online. Then she can change the bracelet if it doesn't fit.0

Asquiths(on line) are doing 4 for 3 on Chamilia charms. Havn't ordered from them before so I can't vouch for them but they have been around for awhile so should be ok.0

Help me out girls. There's tons of stuff online. I want to buy a bracelet and some charms that relate to her life. I've seen one with her initial, her birthstone, a suitcase ( she likes travelling) and a wine glass ( say no more) Is there a big difference between Pandora and Chamilia? Is one better. Do the charms interchange?
Thanks, I know she'll like this but I want to get it right.0 -
I have Pandora, never heard of Chamilia. My Pandora bracelet is well made had it over a year and no probs with quality but I never wear it in the shower or pool. I buy lovelinks charms to fit on my Pandora which are alot cheaper than Pandora charms. They are of the same quality and fit fine. You would need genuine Pandora stoppers( these fit on the ridges which are dotted along the Pandora bracelet) and stop the charms rolling around whilst you only have a few. Also you will need a bracelet a few centimetres bigger than would fit her wrist normally to take account for the extra space the charms take up on the bracelet.
hope this helps

YR, that's a big help

I have a Chamilia bracelet and my SIL has a Pandora, my bracelet looks brighter and shinier than hers, they are both similar prices for the charms, my SIL wants a Chamilia one now because she said it allways looks nicer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You do need to get the locks for it, because it is very annoying if the charms are rolling round the bracelet. I love mine.0

Many thank, just the sort of help I need. Us guys don't know one bracelet from another.
I'm thinking of going with the Chamilia from Jones in town ( £55) then some charms on line, maybe the Lovelinks
Thanks again0 -

Are Lovelinks compatible with Chamilia? My daughter is funny and only wants Truth charms for hers and my DIL has Chamilia and she only wants the Chamilia ones. Would be much easier if they were not so fussy!!0
