efax - "Free Trial" - Help

Hi,
On Sunday (21st November) i applied for a free trial on the site efax which allows you to send and receive faxes online. You had to put in your card details (as you do with a lot of free trials) but it stated that i would not be charged if i cancelled within the free trial period (which i intended to do).
I sent a fax using the service and now have been charged £12.10, despite being only a few days into the free trial.
I emailed customer support, and after a lot of emails (mostly unhelpful) i was told that i should have 20 free faxes on that type of fax number.
I asked, therefore, for a refund but was told she couldn't refund me, only give me £10 credit.
I have replied stating i don't want the credit as i don't intend to continue the membership/trial and want it refunded.
Is there anything i can do if she refuses again to refund me? I used a Visa Debit card linked to my natwest account.
Sorry for the length!
