John Lewis mis-price - Where do I stand?

Sounds like somwhere along the line the John Lewis system has got it confused with this one which is also a Panasonic 50" Plasma

Yes, it was the correct TV, I checked the product code.

I also thought it was confused with the X series but the email refered to a price of £499.95 to be exact.

I sent a strongly worded email this lunchtime and thankfully remained polite. The lady who I spoke to on Monday and has been investigating this has sorted it for me. It was error on the part on the online dept and I can't say I've had any joy with them. She reduced the store price as a one off and sold it to me at the price they advertised.

So quite happy as long as it arrives Tuesday as promised. Pretty sure that's by far the cheapest price around.
