we are returning 2 of these units as the first one doesn't shut properly and therefore it doesn't see the dvds and the second one doesn't see red! Just asked for a refund because I didn't want the hassle of repairing it

ok, I've spoken to valutech.

They are having problems getting the grade b back in stock.

BUT

They will give Moneysavingexpert users a discount on Grade A stock

Just call 01793 786650 and quote Moneysavingexpert and instead of £51.70 we get it for £45.82

They only have approx 39 in stock so be quick!!

Balls...... I ordered the normal one on Friday...... just phoned and they won't offer money back even as a user here. Oh well!!!
That will teach me to be hasty..... pay £8 more

I have managed to order one using the discount he gave a little sigh/chuckle when I quoted Moneysavingexpert, I wonder why that is.

THanks for getting the extra discount I was umming and aaahing about getting one as we have already got one but we thought we could probably link the two together for the car so that all three kids could see the screens properly.

The guy told me to expect mine tomorrow.

Unbelievably, when I called to see what was happening....... he told me that he couldn't even FIND my order (despite having confirmation email).

Have to wait and see if/when I get one!

Just ordered two. Initially said charge of £2.50 for carriage for two but after I said I would get my husband to order one separately he agreed to free carriage. Got the impression he thought I was a tight-fisted so and so but who cares?!

I got the Refurb at £44 + vat (as i previously posted) and it is excellent, no marks on it looks new A1 condition, plays perfectly, and was a present for my partner who very happy with it delivery excellent, I am very happy bunny... hope it dosn't conk out in 7 months

I'm actually having problems with Valuetech and their lack of service!
I ordered the A grade player on Friday morning, but heard nothing more than an order confirmation - nothing to say when sent.

Yesterday I called them and was told that there appeared to have been a problem but that it would be sent straight out.

Needless to say, today no player...... Called them and this time they tell me my card was rejected and I should contact the bank. Interesting, considering I used the card in Woolies yesterday!!!
Wouldn't let me replace the order over the phone, so have tried again online...... again, so far a confirmation of order - about to call and see if it's gone through!
