  • Actually I think I could have posed the question a little better, In my opinion a returned/refurbed unit = grade B. if it has been returned to the store it could mean it has scratches so I fail to see the difference, I will be waiting for the £33 + vat + postage ones to come back in as I think they may be trying it on.

Notice how the first promotion £33 says the units MAY have scratches on the lid and many people who received these units say theirs was perfect, However the second units £44 were originally more likely to be defective if they have been returned or refurbished ( I like my chances better with the cheaper one)

Sorry if this has added more confusion, Also i live about 5 miles from the company and emailed them about buying in bulk and saving postage and have yet to receive a reply!! ( I hate it when companies fail to reply to people, gives me no confidence in them)

Anyhow hope y'all catch my drift

I also ordered the more expensive in light of the good responses from those who hadtaken the "B" Grade.... Mine arrived today .. the top had a few small scratches and a couple of more distinct scratches inside!!! I contacted Mikrolive and they have agreed to credit me back to the B grade price.. which I think is good of them.

Spoke to one of the directors at Vautech yesterday and asked if they could get rid of their 0870 number, they have now scrapped this and have got a proper phone number instead.
