Terms and Conditions
1) The prize includes one night for two people in a 3-star hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, a Lille city pass for two people allowing free and reduced price access to certain museums, 1 city-tour guide of Lille and dinner on one night for two in a typical Flemish restaurant. Transport to and from Lille is not included.
2) Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: title, first name, surname, postcode, email address, telephone number.
3) Only one entry will be accepted per person.
4) The competition is open to UK residents only.
5) This competition is only open to adults aged 18 and above.
6) The closing date is 15th December, with the winner being notified directly by 16th December.
7) The winner must confirm their name and preferred date of travel by the 20th December by email to Stephanie Rose at [EMAIL="s.rose@lilletourism.com"]s.rose@lilletourism.com[/EMAIL].
8) The prize must be taken by 31st December.
9) Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable. There are no cash alternatives.
10) The Nord-pas de Calais Tourist Board does not accept any responsibility for late or lost submissions.
11) Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
12) This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the Nord-pas de Calais Tourist Board and Lastminute.com or any person directly or indirectly involved with these organizations or their direct family members.
13) The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries by an independent party.
14) The Nord-pas de Calais Tourist Board reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this quiz.
15) The competition requires entrants to supply their e-mail details. This information will only be used for the purposes of this competition and may from time to time be used to send information, which relates to offers or promotion of the Nord-pas de Calais Tourist Board. 17) The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered in to.
