American Fridge Techy Question-Help !!!!

We have just put our American Fridge in place but found that when you open the doors in comes forward because of the wheels and also it is running down at the back but there is nothing to adjust except the door height. Is this normal and are we missing anything. I have read the instructions but can find anything !!!!!!!

Not sure if I've got the right end of the stick here, but you could buy those little cups that you usually use under sofa legs to save the carpet - this should stop the fridge rolling forward...
