  • Maybe they don't want to make it easy to return things! I think I remember being surprised by that as well when I needed to return something, I had to go back to their website to find out how and print off a label I think.

    I have always found Amazon excellent with customer service, returning is easy, as pointed out above.
    Play.com even refunded my return postage on an item I had to rip the sealed packaging to check (meaning they couldn't easily sell it again). They didn't have to do this so I'll definitely buy from them again.
