I received my eyetoy and it was bashed to bits - sending it back for a replacement using their freepost service.

I've also ordered this game from THE HUT (don't forget QUIDCO) for £8.49 which includes the EYETOY. Another pressie off the list.:j

I ordered 3 of these as presents, when my niece tried to play with hers on her birthday yesterday it wouldn't work. I checked out the other 2 this morning and one of them doesn't work either. I've contacted The Hut but I'm still waiting for a reply.
Just thought it was worth letting people know so that they can try them out, rather than having a lot of disappointed children on Christmas day.

Angelfish68, you say the eye toy doesn't work, what happens when you put them on if anythink?. Also what tv do you have?, I know with our DLP tv I cann't play any gun games with a PS2 because my tv cann't pick the gun up, maybe its the same with the eye toy?. LCD and Plasma's are the same I belive with gun games, but you can buy a gun that works with DLP,LCD and plasma tv's.

One of the eyetoys works perfectly, the other 2 have the red light constantly lit and you can't get past the first screen, as you don't appear on the TV.
I tried them all out on the same TV, it's just a bog standard set.
The one I gave my niece was tried on all 3 TVs in their house as well. No joy!
