We don't have a games thingy as my two girls aren't into games they have a pc each and play on girlie websites. We have a web cam but it doesn't do anything very interesting and I dont really want to buy a PS2 just for them to play this eye thing, any suggestions?? many thanks Rosie.
I see your point, but the PS2 is good for dancemats and singstar with mic type games, so it's worth it IMO. Ive pre-ordered a pink PS2 for my girls for Christmas:)0 -
Bargain price for this as you get the camera with the new game !
Perfect for kids at xmas
EyeToy: Play 3 will keep everybody entertained this Christmas season. The content has been carefully crafted to include a huge range of activities across multiple genres including sports, action and music, as well as a collection of whacky multiplayer party games that'll get the whole family playing together at the same time!
Beach Volleyball: Spike your way to the top in a four player multiplayer game or against the local resident beach bums. Special modes include the hilarious speed rally.
Bowling: Hit the alley in this bowling bonanza! Play a traditional game of 10-pin, or go crazy bowling balls at the 'marching pins' in a unique knockout mode. The game also features a tournament for up to 4 players so you can really see who's the 'King Pin'.
DJ: Scratch the decks and entertain the crowds! Watch out for the club lights and 'hi fives'. This game will have you mixing with the best . . . How "bling" can you get?
Be the Band: Take the whole family to the stage and play one instrument each! Try your skills at guitar, drums, trombone, keyboard and...well, be the band! Poor playing will result in a poor show so keep in synch!
Hair Salon: Ever thought you could manage a busy day at the salon? In this hair-raising game, you're let loose to cut, style and design some weird and wonderful bouffants. Remember, your customer must like their new-look or there could be tears!
Boot Camp: Take hold of your nerves, and your stamina as you enter into this action-packed Boot Camp. Led by the fearful Sergeant, follow orders or face discipline, soldier! It's 'Sir, yes Sir' all the way as you take on training exercises and agility courses... you'll be whipped into military shape in no time!
Couple all these with cheeky audience participation and the innovative face mapping feature that lets you put your friends' faces in the game.

Thanks for this link. I walked the length of Milton Keynes shoping centre yesteray and it was selling between £30-£40. No need to say I jumped at this offer:xmastree:Caroline :xmastree:0

Ordered one from Play.
I thanked chmmy and the OP, because if it wasn't for the first post, then I wouldn't have known about Play doing them cheaper.0 -

webcam?
I googled around and the driver I downloaded caused me lots of problems, destibilize my PC etc, ended up uninstalling it?
Can anyone post a successful install?0 -
You will find this link usefull if you want to use a PS2 Eye Toy webcam on you Windows PC. I carried out the installation for the camera today and it works a treat. I also found that the Eye Toy cam has a microphone installed in it which also works for MSN Messenger and alike.
There are two makes of Eye Toy camera, namely Namtai & Logitech and the instructions tell you how you can tell which cam you have
