Quick one,

I'm with Scottish power on a tariff with early exit fees if i switch before some time in 2011. If I use the reject price increases and switch process do I still get hit by my tariffs early exit penalties (online energy saver v9)? or are they renederd non-applicable too because SP are varying the contract I had with them?

Scottish power rep around perhaps?

(if so whats the best point of contact to notify Scot power I'm rejecting the rises)

But the contract allows them to change prices. You can reject the increase, and as long as you inititiate a switch within 15 days you will note pay an increase, but I think you'll still be hit with an ETC if you leave before the end of your minimum term.
