Lights For Mitsubushi Grandis

I have a Grandis and the lights aren't the best in normal driving mode or on main beam.
My route to work takes me over unlight roads over moorland with no street lights or lights from houses etc.
Has anyone got any reccomendations for how I can improve the lights on my car?
Has anyone tried the blue bulbs I see?

Forget those blue bulbs just for show, try Philips Extreme's or Osram Nightbreakers (i think), both legal and relatively inexpensive...i have the Philip's offerings on both vehicles and the improvements well worth the £25ish per pair.0
