paypal won't give me my money!

2 sales now and the money has been paid by the buyer yet paypal are witholding funds from me. My ebay account is 100% rating yet they say they won't release my money until my buyer gives the feedback. I phoned Luxembourg at international call rate, sent 3 complaint emails yet still no response. Meanwhile I'm posting out the items so therefore am out of pocket. All the reasons that paypal give in thier explanation of witholding payments are not applicable to me. Can anyone help, is there a way of contacting them that will actually generate a response ?

I've moved your post to its own thread as you'll get more responses.
The 21 day hold is a standard hold, nothing to worry about., there are warnings when you list in certain categories and if you do an ebay help search it explains the hold very well.
You'll get your money either when buyer leaves feedback or after 21 days, so just send the goods ASAP and hopefully the buyer will leave feedback quickly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. JC52 - How much feedback have you had? The new rules are that if you have less than 100 feedback then they hold on to your funds for 21 days unless you get a Good FB score from the buyer, and/or if you are selling in particular "high risk" categories (e.g. mobiles, games consoles, etc). This happened to me out of the blue and I had to dig around in the Paypal Help section to get the answer. Nothing you can do about it I'm afraid, not even asking for feedback from your buyers 'cos apparently that p****s them off

Hardly new, it's been in place for about two years now and you are warned that monies might be held when you list something on eBay.Hezzawithkids wrote: »JC52 - How much feedback have you had? There is no fixed point of feedback at which they will not hold a payment. One of my selling accounts had over 500 feedback yet I was still warned one of my payments was likely to be held , as it happened my item did not sell.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. i am also waiting to hear back from Ebay about my payment hold too. I have feedback of nearly 200, have had my account for around 2 years now and only really sell low value clothing items. Am getting very frustrated and annoyed with it now!0
