Terms & conditions for Prize draw

1. Entry to prize draws requires submission of an email using an email address valid at the time of the draw, plus registration as a friend of Loch Kinord Hotel on Facebook at the time of the draw.

2. Prize draws will occur annually, with the first prize draw taking place on 30 September 2011.

3. No purchase is required to enter the prize draw.

4. The prize comprises 7 nights accommodation on a self-catering basis in a two-bedroom log cabin sleeping up to four people. The cabin will be available on a Friday to Friday let, to be claimed between 1 October 2011 and 30 April 2012 (excluding public holidays). No cash alternative is available. Prize to be taken subject to availability.

5. The prize draw is not open to any staff or their families who have been employed by the Loch Kinord Hotel.

6. Entry to each prize draw restricted to one per family.

7. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries held at the time of each draw.

8. Winners will be notified by email and must acknowledge acceptance of the prize within 30 days of the draw. Failure to do so will result in the prize being re-drawn. Winners may have their names used in publicity materials.

9. By entering this prize draw you agree to receive occasional marketing messages from Loch Kinord Hotel. Your details will never be shared with anyone else, and you will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe from future contact.

10. The decision of the judges, the Loch Kinord Hotel, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
