Shock - Praise for SKY

Right, my first SKY installation was pretty rubbish. Only 2 bolts holding the dish on, dish directly above front door, stroppy engineer with the hump about parking restrictions on my road, luminous white cable down the wall, broken bricks and damaged lead flashing.
Cue one vexed landlord agent.
I emailed SKY on Saturday night, Monday morning I had a phone call arranging for another engineer visit.
They telephoned the night before and I explained the landlord was unhappy with the siting and quality of fitting.
So this afternoon they came, two cheerful, happy engineers, happy to relocate a dish to round the side of the house, neat cabling and unobtrusively taking photographs of the poor workmanship of the earlier engineer.
The landlord is happy with the revised placement and I am happy with how easily this was sorted out.
Praise for a change.
