TO ENTER
You must post a photo of you/your friends/your family celebrating National Curry Week using any of Patak’s products.
You may post one image only.
By entering, the entrant agrees that :a. They have personally taken the photo submitted
b. They accept that the photo will be in compliance with all applicable laws and they do not infringe the rights of any third parties.
c. They grant to the Promoter an exclusive license for 12 months from the opening date of this competition to use uploaded images, copy, sublicense, transmit via any sort of digital or analogue media, publish, delete and otherwise exploit, to distribute, reproduce, publicly display and perform, modify, adapt, edit, create works and otherwise use the contents of the entries as well as the usage of the entrants blah blah blah... with the purposes of the promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

12. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
13. The Promoter will do its best to ensure delivery of the prize as stated within 28 days, but it reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the stated prize.
