Need to open a non payment dispute but cannot find item

I was approached by a buyer asking if he could pay for an item ending in th elast week of October in mid November. he seemed very keen and genuine so accepted these terms. He won the item and stated he would pay around 15th of November.
Well this date came and went and no contact or payment so I emailed the buyer last week asking when payment could be expected and have had no reply.
I decided that perhaps I should open a non payment dispute but due to time elapsed the item is no longer showing on my "sold" list.
Is there a way I can still open a dispute and if so how would I find the item and go about this.
Thank you

That's a shame as you are stuck with your FVFs.
Just make sure someone isn't playing games with you and acting maliciously on this, it does seem odd that they wanted you to wait until you were outside the 32 day limit.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
