Advice Please New Boiler

Hello All,
Was wondering if any one had any advice on a good quality reliable combi condensing boiler.
I am currently exploring the possibilty of replacing my existing normal combi boiler which is not serving the purpose for the type of house we live. We have medium-large semi witha full loft conversion with 9 radiators (mostly double rads), shower, bath, 2 bath sinks, kitchen sink, washing machine, and dish washer.
I was hoping someone would guide me to what type of boiler I should expect to purchase to serve our growing families requirements, before I get plumbers in who will all probably give me conflicting advice.
I suppose I trust the moneysaving community more than a general trademan.
Any advice appreciated as I dont know what I should consider in terms of technical data, etc etc.
Many thanks

try a search on google for the popular types remember if its popular there will be plenty of spares around. next you want to consider your current and future needs. Then the class of boiler, class A or class B? You could do a search on engergy efficient boilers on the net or look for green websites they tend to focus on efficientcy. Expansion is your next consideration always get a boiler that you can add too.

We have recently had a new combi boiler. After some careful research we chose a worcester bosch (WB) CDI model.
I have friends that are plumbers who all say the WB are one of the most (if not the most) reliable combi out there. They have a "class A" rating, so very economical, are jam packed full of features and come with 2 - 5years manufacturers guarantee's.
The Key factor to look at is Flow rate and power output - our model (30CDI) pumps out approx 12.5l/min. We also have a medium sized semi but with 7 rads. We find that this is more than enough flow to meet our needs, however, their are only 2 of us living in the house.
Pricewise, WB's are one of the more expensive, but i guess you generally get what you pay for. My mum has previously tried different brands/models and often found them unreliable, now she has a WB she rarely has any problems.
Having done my research and spoken to several plumbers (not just friends) i found that each is to their own and what they prefer to fit. However, WB cropped up more times than others and has been decribed as the Rolls Royce of boilers.0 -

Vaillant, Wocester and Alpha seem to be the best......just about to have an alpha fitted myself after serious consideration.....3 year gurantee and a stainless steel heat exchanger which apparantly is better (dont ask why but thats what ive read)
Initially I was going to get a Baxi but they have a bad rep (so ive been told)0 -
