Hi
I'm hoping there may be a legal expert out there who can advise me... I booked a weeks holiday let for June 2011, paid 25% deposit and received a booking confirmation about 4 months ago. I've now received a letter saying the price has increased by £450. There was nothing on the booking confirmation advising that prices may change and nothing to that effect on the website when I booked. Can they just do this???
I'm expecting that they probably can!
