Has anyone received an email from a company called 1st Contact?
They claim that "Under current government rules you are allowed to claim a refund on some of you National Insurance payments."
The email came into a company email account not a personal one.
address came from ended @dbsdatamail.co.uk and not their website which is nirebateonline.com

Yes its a scam.
They will either
A, get you to pay an upfront fee and disappear,
or B, get you to pay an upfront fee and commit fraud on your debit card which you use to pay the fee.. and disappear.0 -
