Need large suitcase spinner

Hi guys,
we are flying to USA next spring and I'm looking for large lightweight spinner(4wheels) suitcase that will not cost fortune (25-40pounds).
Would prefer hard shell, but they get bit heavy(5kg case seems quite alot when allowance is 20kg).
Don't want to pay too much as we have our bags and cases regularely broken, riped and so on by airport staff..:(
Are there any good sites, shops?
