I've had a dispatch email for one of my orders which was a hexbug and I paid £4.99

I think the free delivery ended just before 4:30pm as my sister did an order at 4:20pm and got free delivery but most comments I have seen ppl make after that time were charged for delivery.

im intrigued by this. I placed 2 orders, one with a code and one with forgetting the code (doh!!) - I tried to cancel this, less than five minutes after I placed the order and got an email to say it couldnt be cancelled and i would have to return it which just seems utterly ridiculous????

Anyway, that bit was my own fault, but what will be interesting if the full price item gets honoured with free delivery etc. and the other one doesnt

Thanks OP i managed to place 2 orders before the free delivery ended so i am very pleased with that! Fingers crossed now

The thing is,they are misleading people because when the items are in your basket it still says total delivery charge £0.00 but when you go to payment it sneakily above says standard shipping of £3.95 - I wonder how many people have accidentally still clicked proceed without noticing? Its a very unfair act on their part to do that. Like i said its very misleading. It should say one delivery charge in your basket and then another in tiny wording on the payment bit!

I put in 4 orders - one free and 3 including tiny payments after the discount. In my account history they are all showing despatch scheduled for tomorrow.

We'll see!!
