Yes, they could. No, they won't.
They'll either ship your order for free or cancel it. I have a card that requires a password too, but not all websites ask for it. Which is silly really, as if they ask for the password, the bank is more likely to side with them in the case of a dispute.0 -

I'm getting a little bit worried now im not sure if people are just scaremongering. I have made a few orders, about £40 but i cant afford to lose this. The stuff i got was merely for stocking fillers and I really can't handle losing money just for the sake of itSo i read the reviews and people are saying that theyve taken money out of their account, and a lot of the people sayign that are recently since theyve been taken over by the hut. can they take money out of our account or not?? people seem to be saying different things. on my bank i have to enter a password to authorise it but can they take the money out without me putting my password in?
i have had a look and i think i know wat the problem is once u checkout there is a little blue banner that says clik here to get your £10 cash back if no one clicks that link then they will be ok the £10 cash back reward scheme is set up on lots of sites and there are a few threads here mentioning itjust scaremongers ignore them
best win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas
2011 wins £8,752.000 -
Well, you are totally exploiting something aren't you? Are you even an o2 customer? Placing multiple orders makes it all the more likely that no-one is going to get anything! There's money saving and then there's being greedy?
If you don't like the deal please leave the thread - we are all aware that companies cancel but just sometimes they let it go. We all had loads of ASOS orders in the past year and I wont even start on how much booze M&S sent us.
You are implying the company will commit fraud and accidently charge cards0 -

Verisign is just an extra security measure to make sure you are the cardholder, it has nothing to do with the amount you authorise. I thought this until I read up on Verisigns website after M&M Direct charged me £10.00 more than I had agreed to,you are agreeing to the transaction not the amount so yes they may charge you full price, BUT they may also cancel. Who knows, which is why people need to be careful if they cannot do without the money.Comping wishlist for 2017
1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuffThe more you put into life, the more you get out0 -
No, but maybe next time you'll think twice
ive made 8 orders on 8 different e mails. and yes i got carried away but it was mainly because isaw everyone else was ordering so much and 4 of my orders were for "nothing" and the rest were rose buds to give to the female members of my family. i wouldnt pay £5 for a box of air but when its for free i go crazy!! and after the asos glitch getting honoured i think i just got carried awayWho would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

Why don't you leave the thread?
King Larsson, I think they have now. Let's just hope a few haven't spoilt it for those of us that received it via legit channels!0
