    All of it!

    You subtract the total spending for all of your essentials from your total income and that is the amount you should be offering to your creditors.

    You should have a comfortable living budget that takes into account all of your essential spending but wont include what your creditors was class as luxuries.

    If you would like a hand drawing up a reasonable budget to get a clearer picture just ask!
