Samsonite UK

A few years ago (about 4 or 5), I purchased a Samsonite hard suitcase from a shop in the USA.
All samsonite products have a 10 year worldwide guarantee, but to avail yourself of this, you must be able to provide a copy of the original receipt. (which is fair enough).

One of the side locks on the case recently became very stiff, and I was worried that the key would snap off in it, so I contacted Samsonite asking for the price of a pair of replacment locks (I no longer have the receipt, so I wasn't going to claim on the guarantee).

The new locks have just arrived in the post totally free of charge, and Samsonite didn't even ask for any proof of purchase or even for me to pay the postage costs. :T

Very good customer service.
