1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Castle MacLellan, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part & to be awarded prize.

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for 4 people staying at the 5-star Kirkbride Farm Holiday Cottages, 1 x evening meal for 4 people at the Selkirk Arms Hotel, 7-day car hire courtesy of Arnold Clark, 8 x National Trust for Scotland Passes, 1 x private tour of the Bladnoch Distillery; 1 x bespoke Flavours of Galloway hamper; and 4 passes to the Galloway Wildlife Conservation Park all valid until 31st December 2011.
8. Prize also includes £250 spending money and a travel allowance of £150. Amount provided will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £150 in total.
9. The evening meal at the Selkirk Arms Hotel is based on 4 people dining on the 2-course menu and is valid until 31st December 2011.
10. The hire car can be picked up from any Arnold Clark branch throughout Scotland. Should the prizewinner wish to collect their car from an airport branch, there will be a shuttle bus that will take them to and from the airport to their car. Arnold Clark Terms and Conditions apply. Mileage and driver restrictions apply. Arnold Clark reserves the right to refuse rental and amend the Terms and Conditions without notice.
11. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
12. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 15.05.11 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
