O2 cash card massive overcharge?

the card has always charged me a pound over anything which i thought was normal. Today i bought a 59p app from itunes and it charged me £9.59!! anyone else has this problem? what can i do?

I have an o2 card and never get charged anything extra? Is it the o2 money VISA card that you charge up from your bank? There aren't any charges.
