What time do you get there? What other stops does the coach make that you could get off at in London?

Why is the tube station closed? Engineering works, or too late at night?

Anyway bus no 183 will take you there without a change for £2 a head. Takes about an hour

You could have a look at www.tfl.gov.uk. They've got a journey planner there which is usually pretty accurate.

As a resident in horrible Harrow I can confirm there are engineering works most weekends closing the Metropolitan line which runs to Harrow on the Hilll from central London but to avoid a very long bus journey you might want to consider continuing to Victoria Bus station and then taking the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus and cross the platform to the Bakerloo Line which will take you to Marylebone from where Chiltern Line trains take 12 minutes to Harrow on the Hill. If you are travelling on a Sunday you need to be aware that Golders Green is heaving, people double park down the main road and both the coaches coming into the bus station and of more concern, the taxis trying to get through GG are frequently stationary, but the meter keeps moving. There is a taxi rank at GG so there would be no problem getting a taxi but it might well be as much as the coach fare. If you have a lot of luggage, then the 183 bus might not be the best option!
