help re butlins holiday

i booked through the sun for a holiday beginning of april. my father is unable to go because of work commitments. is it possible to change the date of the holiday? and if so how much extra will this be?

As far as I'm aware I don't think they let you change any of the details once you have booked, ( but we have only ever gone to Haven sites with the Sun holidays.)
My best advice would be:
1. Have a look at your confirmation to see if it mentions anything about changes
2. Give the booking office a call and see what they say( you never know, & its always worth a try!), as once you have made the initial booking through the Sun, all communications passes to the site you have chosen. The contact number should be on the confirmation you received.

if you contact butlins directly they will change it for you, there is no need to contact the sun, have you has your confirmation from butlins yet, if you havent just call butlins and give them your details and they should be able to find you and should be able to change it at no extra cost, as we have changed a couple of our details with sun holidays but always waited and called up butlins direct and they are fine hope this helps x
