create automatic playlists in iTunes?

i have a question on iTunes.

I keep all my songs in my music and under various folders (i.e. one folder per album, so i have 100 folders under my music).

i want to transfer these songs to iTunes, which i know how to do, but i create playlists manually.

is it possible to create automatically synchronise iTunes in a way that everytime i connect my iphone to itunes, it looks in my music folder, transfers all songs and importantly creates playlists which are same name as folders..

i have a lot of non-english music, so itunes doesnt recognise all singers etc.
