Has anyone had experience of making a claim with Rias?
They sound good, but you only find out how good if you need to make a claim.

Mixed reviews, but I have not read too many complaints on these forums.
RIAS are part of Ageas (Fortis) who are generally thought as being OK(ish).The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
We made a claim about 2 years ago and they were excellent. Our son's camera and extra lenses worth around £1000 were stolen (fortunately we were covered for personal posessions away from home) and despite not being able to provide all the receipts they paid up in full and very quickly. I should add that we had been with them for some years, and had only made one small claim in the past, don't know if this helped.0
