:j on a recent shopping trip iIdecided to have my eyebrows threaded at the boots store, a few mins into the session the sales lady became unwell and went to get a drink of water, leaving me for about 5 mins. She returned and completed my eyebrows, just as she was finishing she started to feel faint again. This time a little worse than first and a nearby assistant came and sat her down. at this point another assistant came over to me and made sure I was happy etc, I enquired if i could pay and leave so they could make sure she was ok. I was then told I would not be charged for the threading and give me a voucher to return and have them done again, free of charge.
I think this went over and above customer service and am very pleased, especialy as my eye brows will be looking fab, just in time for xmas!! woo hoo me...
