help with an all in 1 pc please

my son wants an all in one touch screen pc for xmas.
i have been and looked at them but an slightly confused.
im just not sure about the reliabilty on them as they are quite new.
with a budget of about £700 what should i be looking at?

    O No dont get one of those they are ****, Once something breaks its hard to repair the things. Get a laptop or normal desktop pc.

    mainly internet use mixing music and movies.
    he doesnt really play games on it as he has cosoles for that.
    he has had a couple of desk tops before and the one he has now has just packed up (7 years old so its done well)
    he has a flat screen tv as well so i wouldnt have thought e would be using it to waych tv on
    and touch screen.....cos it looks cool...lol
    i have been to pc world and had a look at them but some look more sturdy than others and then some are " cheaper makes " so i just dont know...

    responses ranged from references to what you wouldn't do with one with a barge pole to 'ok if you're a really basic PC user not expecting to use it much'.

    it looks like im going to have to change his mind.
    i didnt want him to have a lap top as he is worse than his sister for leaving it on the bed to overheat and break the charger lead and just generally being clumsy..lol

    back to the drawing board...my head hurts..lol

    sorry i reckoned to have looked through the last weeks worth of posts as well....i did say my head was hurtin..lol i did find a great deal for a camera though from a post i saw so not all was lost :)
