I've just read some threads about Glassbox Prefab.
I'm having very basic problems with them.
Can anyone offer advice or feedback?
Thanks

you must be joking!Get some gorm.0 -
I thought that all conservatories are just glorified greenhouses.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
I too have had serious issues with Glassbox and the workmen (all subcontractors) say I am not the only one to be entirely disappointed with how Glassbox operate.
They are a very disorganised outfit - verging on unscrupulous - with very poor communication to boot.
The building of our Glassbox was the most stressful and miserable time of my life. They make my blood boil (and I am quite laid back by nature)!

Why not just have a decent extension, much more usable than a conservatory, and not boiling in summer and streaming/cold in winter.0

keep away from glassbox or glassbox prefab, trust me had a weel documented nightmare with them, and its still ongoing 2 years down the line or thereabouts. Just cowboys that do bad work and make lots of promises that they dont keep.
Zig who runs the company promises to fix the leaking roof in my extension and after a few weeks his phone line is dead!!! knew it was too good to be true, no building regs which i have to pay for my self, faulty underfloor heating which they installed, i had to pay to have it rewired because i coudlnt get a part p, plus the roof leaks.....
and after a bit of searching with google, the new company he set up glassbox prefab looks like its gone bust aswell... just hope he hasnt caught more people..Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0
