I have bought and item a few days ago and not paied for it yet. Now have been informed by Ebay and the seller that h`s been accused of shill biding and suspended.
I don`t think I want to risk it , so will not be paing him.
I never had this happen so don`t know what to do, any advise will be very much appriciated.
I wanted to know what I am to do in this situation, do I have to withdraw or fill some form?

If the seller has been suspended normally eBay advise you not to proceed with any transaction. Personally I would not pay now just in case.0

what ever you do do not pay while the seller is suspended the best option if your unsure of what to do is log in to the site and use the contact us section for the options you can email phone or chat on line with advisors0

When it happened with me I got the seller to give me the item at a lower price and paid for it that way.0

Thanks fo replies. Ebay hasn`t actually advise anything so far.
I don`t want to pay for it.
So I can assume that I will not be chased for unpaied item then.
Will have to look into the terms.
The seller wants me to withdraw from the transaction, should he not do that himself and me just agreeing to it.0 -

The seller wants you to withdraw so he doesn't have to pay fees. Refuse to do that and that means even if he gets reinstated he cannot then open an NPB on you.

I pay by credit card so I will always get my money back.
Like someone pointed out to me, if you win the auction and shill bidding is involved, you were obviously happy to pay that price.
The way I see it is if you can agree that item at a lower price, it's in your favour.0
