Current account with debit card for 16 year olds?

Hi

Want to open the NSI 5.3% ISA for my 16yr old daughter and need a debit card in her name to make the first deposit.

They won''t accept my debit card details for the first deposit as it's not in her name. Why offer the ISA to 16 year olds then me thinks...

Can't find one, any suggestions before I give up?

Last month I opened a Lloyds TSB current account for my son also 16.

That came with a debit card, (no cheque book though) some ISAs want the deposit by cheque held in the persons name.
