Every pillow i buy goes flat after a month. I stay in bed alot and lie on it with my side and elbows. Also id like one that keeps my head cool i.e the cool feeling when u turn pillows over i want that feeling all the time not just 5 mins after u turned it as it gets warm again
Also lookin for somit that will not go flat after a month. I usually buy pillows like 2 for a fiver from netto or somit. Sure there lovely for the first month but after they go flat and hard
So spec me a nice pillow please that keeps my head nice and cool/cold ALL NIGHT and wont go flat and hard after a month of very heavy usage.
Oh and i love sleeping on my front mainly and sides now and then. I hate on my back. I say this incase it effects the types of pillows u get.
Oh and a high profile one as usually i put 2 pillows in one case so about that hight i supose. Bout 4 inch high at least.

Im exactly the same, all my pillows are rubbish, end up folding my top one in half for extra support - however I did used to have an ikea pillow - was a foam one, the come in different shapes etc depending on how you sleep, for like the side or back etc. It was brilliant and think it only cost about £6. I just put it on top of another pillow and it worked pretty good - I really need to get a new one after I left mine at my last house
It was a bit like this one - looks like its gone up a little bit in price now http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/10131350MFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

No such pillow exists. Looking at how you use it though, have you tried one of the V-shaped pillows you can get, or one of the bigger continental-type square ones? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

We bought some pillows from Dunelm.

I think it was this one
It is bigger than a normal pillow but we squeezed it into a normal pillow case ..Still good after about 18 months .It sits high ,fills the pillow case tight.0 -
I got a good one from Poundstretcher (memory foam one) I've had it months and its still nice and firm and not overly hot. They were 2 for £15 and Im sure I have seen them in there again recently.
Hope that helps.0 -
A wool pillow will keep it's shape and stay cool - I have one by Fogarty but several brands make them.Gone ... or have I?0

Best pillows I have had are from Silent Night. However although they do gain their shape back after use, they lose their shape as soon as you lie on them! I'd love to find a firmer pillow but have not had the (financial) chance to, my S.N pillows were bought as Tesco had them on offer last year and they were not described as the firm type (they are the snore-ease type)0

Memory foam pillows! Couldn't sleep without mine0

I would second the suggestion of the memory foam pillow...they are quite firm (in a soft and supporting way) but I have now had mine from poundstrecher for a year and its not sagged at all...they were 2 for £15 but recently I saw them further reduced..possibly as they are older stock now..frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I got these ones from Sainsburys a while back when they were reduced and have found them to be very good, and they do "rebound"

I don't normally buy cheap pillows as I'm fussy about which pillow I use but I'd buy these ones again.0 -
Memory foam pillows sound good but I hear alot about them being the genuine product or poor quality- does anyone know any bona-fide brands or any brands to steer clear of?0
