Selling manager £25 !!!

I got selling manager months ago for my ebay account as i thought it was free only to see that i owed £25 for it this month. I am really mad as i thought it was free and wouldnt pay a fiver for it! Anyone else got stung by this?

suggests Selling manager is free.

However another link through to selling manager 'pro' shows that the enhanced service costs £5 per month..still nowhere near the £25 you've been charged.

I'd double check your invoice and make sure that they are referring to selling manager, then use live help and ask then what the problem is

This is what 1 line of my invoice says;
Selling Manager: Subscription Fee (01-Aug - 31-Aug) Subscription Fee -- -- -- £14.60
then it says this further down;
Selling Manager: Subscription Fee (01-Sep - 30-Sep) Subscription Fee -- -- -- £24.71
Its even worse £40!

A long time ago I signed up for selling manager but I accidently did it through ebay.com and the ebay.com users have to pay for it, try checking that.

I think you have signed up for ebay seller manager pro, standard seller manger is free to UK customers.

Cr*p. when I see all these new fangled eBay selling tools, I try to ignore them. Now I know why

Selling manager pro shows as only £5 per month, still not enough to explain Mandles horrendous bill.

I use selling manager pro - and very handy it is too, it saves lots of time as it sends automated emails when payment is made and again when the item is dispatched - and pay just the £5 as stated so there is a real error there that needs checking out

I looked at my subscriptions and i have the regular selling manager. I dont have the pro manager and i did it through ebay.co.uk

Ebay are not replying to my emails regarding this. Is there a phone number & in general how long do they take to reply? Wish i could suspend them!
