Ford Focus-Repairs

Hi Guys,
Hope someone can help me as i haven't a clue about Car repairs.

I have an focus 1.4 99model thats in need of a few repairs, just wondering if anyone knows what the rough prices are for the repairs i need doing.
Or if its even worth doing as it doesn't have MOT or tax at moment.

Needs -
New clutch
water pump
starter motor (not 100% sure if it needs it)

I've called a few garages but they never call back with the quotes.

What makes you think/know it needs all these?

Hi
When the clutch went the recovery driver damaged the front support at the bottom (near bumper).
After that The car was seriously leaking water, he said water pump had been damaged due to him having trouble towing the car (has awful bodykit)

Im not 100% on starter motor but i had problems starting the car it would just click but now completely dead. Even with new battery it doesnt start or even make the clicky sound now.
