Online Payments - Demise of Cheques
Options
I am chair of a registered charity, the committee is considering alternative payment methods for when cheques are withdrawn.
Paypal offeres a reduced rate for charities (1.4% + 20p) but I am unable find any info about RBS Worldpay or Clickandbuy.
Can anyone help?

Here's more information on Worldpay:
http://www.rbsworldpay.com/
Personally, I found Click&Buy to be rude, unprofessional and lazy when dealing with my brother's business account. Paypal - despite the rumours - were excellent- no problems whatsoever.
Take a look at Google Checkout & Sagepay aswell for alternativesAnything that I do say, is strictly my opinion

What other offline payment alternatives would there be when cheques are out?0

Cash. and presumably some kind of over the counter BACS for the unwired? (or the paranoid about online banking)
mind you, I recently opened an Executor's Account at Lloyds which has no online facilities, and I made some comment about what happens when cheques are phased out. I was assured it would only happen when they were no longer needed ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Secure Trading have been great for us. Small Company with account managers who look after you really well - I have done work for a Charity site and they use Secure Trading. Fees good too - they are open to negotiation on cost!0
