Norton WMI Update Message

Quite regularly now I get a box come up saying Norton WMI Update, then the message says "A product that requires norton wmi update is still installed on this system." At the same time a box appears syaying please wait while windows configures norton wmi update. So on the 1st box I press ok as its the only option and it disappears, only to keep reappearing. Any ideas what is going on?

Have you uninstalled Norton and started to use another product? If so it has not been completely removed and you may need to download and use a removal tool to do this.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
