How long can I keep ... HM sweets and chocolates?

tablet is a sweet that is common is scotland. It is of a similar fashion to fudge but of a 'dryer' texture - be warned one piece is never enough!!!! It is commonly served with coffee after a meal.Every days a School day!0

Kept in an air tight Lock'n'Lock box, they'll keep until ChristmasIf they get moist, they'll go nasty and sticky

Chocolate to coat if desired.
Put sifted icing sugar in large bowl.
Add condensed milk and mix with wooden spoon.
Add coconut, vanilla and lemon juice and mix to form firm paste.
Spread evenly over dusted baking tray, cover allow to set.
Cut into bars or squares.
If covering in chocolate. Melt chocolate and dip in the squares.
I'm sure this lasts 4-6weeks in an airtight container
