    i was going to make snowman soup but didnt find the bags to put it in til to late on!! however will definately be making them next year!! i have made my first batch of spoons and of course had a test of one and i think they are scrummy!!! lovely in a nice frothy cappuchino! had to wrap them all up so i didnt go pinching any more!!x

    Does anyone know how soon in advance I can make peppermint creams for christmas presents? Using the water mix not an egg mix..

    Also how soon in advance can I make florentines for presents please.

    Afraid I don't know either. Does the recipe not give any indication of storage? Perhaps look up similar recipes on the net until you find one that tells you how long it can be kept.

    I'm not sure about peppermint creams made with water, but on netmums, they all say the ones made with egg white keep for 2 weeks in an airtight container. HTH.

  • Thinking about making some tablet as a Christamas present. Does anyone know how long this keeps? How far in advance can I make it?

    Thinkin about trying my hand at peanut brittle too so, same question?
  • I would think tablet would be fine to keep for a month if you put it into a box with an airtight lid. Never made peanut brittle before.
