Plastic Heating Pipes in New Screed Floor

Hi,
I have just had the shell for an extension built and am now looking at the heating. I have used copper in the past, and am thinking of using plastic this time... ie JG Speedfit, HEP20 etc...
1) What if any manufacturer of Plastic Pipe would you recommend ? or should I just use copper ?
2) I have seen that JG Speedfit do a Black Conduit Pipe for laying their pipe in screed, would I be using elbows within the pipe run under screen or would I just bend the plastic pipe 90 degrees up to meet with the radiator valves ? ( I Will have approx 50mm of screen once the 70mm of insulation has been laid) Would this be enough ?
3) Would 15mm Plastic pipe usually be laid for running to the rads ? I have heard some people run 10mm, but I would prefer 15mm to aid with the flow to the rads.
Thanks for your help.
Richard

I personally use Hep2o. It is easier to work with as when made it is cooled straight, so has a memory to be straight, as opposed to speedfit which is cooled in a coil, so always wants to coil up.
Don't use any joints in the screed. Run the pipe in the plastic conduit and join out of the floor either end.
10mm pipe is ok for up to 3kw of rad size.0
