Would somebody explain this please - as I'm really thinking of returning the perfume
'If you cancel your order for a Qualifying Item, the offer will cease to apply. If you return a Qualifying Item, Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the discount you received as part of this Offer'
If I'm to read this correctly. They can charge me 70% of the RRP, which is more than I paid for the perfume???Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -

Not even in the electrical shops? Or bargain buys? Or home shopping QVC type places?0 -

You got £20 perfume for £10, they will charge you the extra £10 you got off, so the cost of you sending that item back will be £10 ! nice0 -
Now seeing the saving, i'm unsure of the candles
Seems that with all the "deals" the money off is from the RRP, not what Amazon are currently selling at.

Good scheme, guess this is why buyers should only buy if they really want the item, other wise they could be way out of pocket if they didn't really want it but just got carried away with the sale.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
What a waste of time, I wanted the candles and was watching the site at 11:55 onwards and it just said sold out. Don't think I will bother trying to get anymore, not even that much of a saving of the normal price. :dance:0

Most of the Black Friday deals are not bargains at all :-)
For example,
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001AW8I3S
Current price is £43.99
My guess is that dealtime, you might get it for £33.99
Still not a bargain as you can get it for £39.99 at Argos
and £30 elsewhere.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Be warned everybody. Fortunately mine was only perfume at £16, which is still okay. But don't get carried away with more expensive stuff like TV's.

Anyone who is daft enough to checkout an item in their basket that they don't now want, deserves the cost - BUT quickly phone Amazon as they CAN cancel a pending order that you cannot.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
