Are you familiar with the way the discounts are coming off? I'm only asking because some people may not notice the promotional discount which shows in a different way
Well I think so (not 100% though, thread is so long I may well have missed something) it was definitely £32 not £21 that it was trying to charge me in my basket does it go down to £21 further into checkout, I bailed at the delivery stage.
    Booo!!!

I can't believe Amazon are just letting people trade on the forums so obviously. I also can't believe how trusting some of the people are on there, sending gift vouchers to people they have never met before without any protection!

  • Got the golf thingy - another pressie sorted
  • Can someone help me? I remember reading something about having a better chance of getting something if you open up a second window, but didn't have a chance to read it properly as had to do the school run. Now, I can't remember which page it was on. This thread has expanded really quickly! Can someone explain it to me please, as would like to get the Chuggington set for my son at 7pm, but have to get their tea ready too.

Think i understand how this black friday works now.

SO i manage to get something in my basket, immediatley advertise it on ebay for a higher price on buy it now and if it has sold before midnight checkout at amazon and have it sent direct.Voila instant profit for a few clicks.

It will have the full amount at checkout, then will take off promotional discount like a voucher code gets taken off. E.g.

    Items: £12.00
    Postage & Packing: £0.00
    Total: £12.00
    Promotion Applied: -£5.60

    Order Total: £6.40

Woo hoo got the sleeping bag - massive thanks to the poster that suggested opening up the second window as this is what i did - i clicked the sleeping bag in the first window and went into a queue so clicked the sleeping bag in the second window and got it - very happy. Have managed to get 3 things so far this week on this sale - Nigella books (bought monday arrived today - very impressive delivery), bath bombs set yesterday (for my sister) and now this.
